Chai Tea Truffles - Cream infused with chai tea then mixed with white chocolate to form a creamy, smooth ganache, then placed in a milk chocolate shell.
Hazelnut Truffles - Dark chocolate and hazelnuts in a dark chocolate shell topped with a hazlenut.
Lavender Honey Truffles - Cream infused with lavender, then mixed with honey and white chocolate, then covered in a white chocolate shell and topped with a lavender drizzle. If you enjoy my Lavender Fleur de Sel Caramels, then you're sure to enjoy these little delights as well.
Limoncello Truffles - Inspired by my friend Vance Studios, these will take you to Italy in one bite. White chocolate ganache infused with Caravello Limoncello then wrapped in a white chocolate shell. You can visit her Etsy shop and see her wonderful photography at http://www.vancestudios.etsy.com
Limoncello is an Italian lemon liquer mainly produced in Southern Italy. It does not have the sourness of lemons because it contains no juice.
Key Lime Truffles - Creamy white ganache infused with key lime juice direct from Key West! You can tell the difference between the Limoncello and the Key Lime, the Key Lime have the green in the center of the blossom.
Chipotle Cherry Truffles - These spicy little bites of chocolate, tart cherries and chipotle will add some warmth to the cold days and nights. Dark chocolate ganache with tart cherries and chipotle, then rolled in dark chocolate and sprinkled with just a touch of chipotle on top.
White Raspberry - White Chocolate ganache flavored with just the right amount of raspberry, in a white chocolate shell with a swirl of pink on top.
