Frequent Questions

To help you further I've taken some time to answer the most frequent questions I hear most. If you have any questions, please let me. 

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am located in Oklahoma City, OK. I rent kitchen space, and my chocolates can be found here on my website,and locally at Put A Cork In It in Bricktown, and T- An Urban Teahouse at May and Grand, in the Blue 7 building.

Q: Where are you from?
A: I'm originally from Tulsa, but moved to Oklahoma City with my husband in 1999.

Q: What’s your background?
A: I learned cooking and baking at my mother's and grandmother's knee, and developed in to candies and chocolates as I got older. I am completely self-taught.

Q: Do You Deliver?
A: Delivery is available for orders over $50. A delivery charge will be added based on time and mileage.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: Call us at 405-748-0FDS, email or use the web form. We will call or email you back ASAP.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept Google Checkout and PayPal.  We currently use Google Checkout for our shopping cart feature.  If you prefer PayPal, simply email me with your order and I will email you an invoice through PayPal.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders are made fresh once the order is received. Generally, within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order, it will be ready for shipping, although during busy holidays, it may take a couple extra days.  Also, we ship only Monday through Wednesday so as to keep your candies from sitting in the postal warehouse over a weekend.

Q: How do I store your items?

A: While the items don't necessarily have to be refrigerated, they will last longer if they are.

Q: How long can they be stored?
A: Technically the truffles can last quite a long time refrigerated. For freshness and peak flavors we recommend consuming them within a few weeks of receiving. Other items, such as the peanut butter cups and turtles can last even longer if refrigerated. The chocolate covered cherries actually get better the longer they are allowed to sit at room temperature.

Shipping Related

Q: Do You Ship?
A: Yes, and while I take every precaution to ensure that your candies arrive safely, I cannot say as to how they are treated once the shipment is placed in the hands of the postal service.

Q: Do I have to be home to receive a shipment?
A: While you are not required to be home, I can only know freshness and perfection awaits you if you are there to receive it.

Q: What is your shipping schedule?
A: I only ship Mon-Wed to make sure your chocolate gift is not going to be held over a long weekend. By shipping with USPS it can still get there on Saturday. During busy holiday times, I will extend my shipping days.

Q: What is your delivery schedule?
A: I try to ship or have orders ready in 5 to 7 days from the date your payment is received.  During busy holiday times, this will be extended.  

Retailing / Catering Solutions

Q: I am a retailer, can we host your product?

Q: I'm getting married, can you do my wedding favors?
A: I would be glad to do the favors for your wedding. I can work with your budget and head count to deliver excellent sweets tailored to your needs. Just contact me for more information!

Q: What are your volume discounts?
A: We want to give when we can back to those who help us through volume discounts. Anyone is capable of getting these discounts. Special order boxes, customized design fees, and taxes are exempt from discounts.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not give refunds. Customer satisfaction is very important though, and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with our goodies. You MUST contact me within 12 hours after receiving your order if there is a problem. After all, a happy customer tells their friends and family about us!
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note: orders are created in a facility where they may come in contact with nuts, dairy, wheat, peanuts. If you or a family member have food allergies, please notify me when you place your order and I will take every precaution possible to keep cross contamination from occurring.
